Recover my login / password

  • I've lost my login details or password. How can I recover them?

    If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "I've forgotten my password" button in your account login window. The password reset instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

Search for a job / an internship

  • Why do I have to use the online CV editor to apply?

    Before applying for a job, you will need to create an account and a CV via our online CV editor. Don't worry, it will only take a few minutes. In addition, this will optimise the matching between your profile and the job offers available on the platform. Finally, it will allow you to have a very complete CV and to differentiate yourself from other candidates.

  • How can I apply for a job?

    To apply for a job, you will first need to create an account and a CV via our online CV editor. Then simply apply from the description of an advertisement or send an unsolicited application from the recruiter's company page. You can find all your applications via the "My applications" tab in your account.

  • Can I apply for a job if I don't live in Belgium?

    Of course! However, being a Belgian platform, Nurseo only lists job offers in Belgium. Do you want to move to Belgium to work as a carer? Many Belgian recruiters will be willing to welcome you. In order to provide them with all the necessary information, our online CV editor will ask you to specify whether you have a VISA issued by the FPS Public Health allowing you to work in Belgium or an equivalent diploma.

  • How can I be sure that an employer has received my application?

    When you apply for a job or send an unsolicited application to a recruiter, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. You can also consult your applications via the "My applications" tab in your account.

  • Can I consult all job offers I've already applied for?

    Yes. Job offers you've already applied for are saved on your profile and accessible via the "My applications" section. To apply for a job and consult your applications, you must first create an account.

  • Can I save my favourite job offers?

    Yes, to make your job search easier, it is possible to save your favourite job offers by clicking on the heart-shaped symbol in the top right corner of each advert or at the top of the job details page. To do so, you first need to create an account. Your favourite job offers will be added to the "My job offers" section of your profile.

  • Can I save my job search criteria?

    Yes. To make your job search easier, you can save your search criteria. This will allow you to save time when next searching and to receive email alerts as soon as a job offer matching your criteria is published on Nurseo. To save your job search criteria, you should first create an account.

  • How can I search for a job on Nurseo?

    To search for a job on Nurseo, use our job search tool, specifying your criteria. You can sort job offers by profession (nurse, auxiliary nurse or midwife), contract type (internship, part-time job or full-time job) and geographic location. Then, you can refine your search based on more specific criteria (work environment, fixed term or indefinite term contract, working hours etc.).

  • How can I apply for a job on Nurseo?

    To apply for a job on Nurseo, simply search for a job using our matching tool. A selection of job offers matching your search criteria and preferences will appear on the screen. You can then consult these job offers and apply by clicking on the button "Apply" featured on each job offer. Please note that you can also consult recruiters' company pages and send your application via the email address mentioned on these pages.

Create and manage my account

  • How can I delete my account?

    If you want to delete your account, you can send your request to our team by email via info@nurseo.be.

  • Does my account expire after a certain period of time?

    No. Once created, your account will remain active.

  • How do I change my account information and data?

    Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to access your personal dashboard. If you click on the "Account Settings" tab, you can change your login and password. Your dashboard will also allow you to access, among other things, your CV, your favourite job offers and your applications via specific tabs.

  • How do I create an account on Nurseo?

    To create an account on Nurseo, you just have to click on the "create an account" button on the top right of the home page of our website. Then you can either create an account by logging in via Facebook/Google or enter your email address via which you will receive a registration confirmation and an invitation to set your password.

  • Do I have to create an account to use Nurseo?

    No. As a candidate, you can consult our job offers and the recruiters' company pages without creating an account. However, you will need to create an account when you apply for a job.
